Paul S. Rubin, founded PRM after providing HOA Management and Bookkeeping Services to more than 50 local Condominium and Homeowner Associations, comprising of thousands of members since 1993.
After founding the Association Management Divisions of two local Real Estate companies, Paul felt he could provide superior services by forming his own company.
In 1997, Paul asked his wife Susan, of 27 years, a successful business woman in her own right to join him in forming what is now known as PRM Association Management.
PRM is exclusively dedicated to providing only the very best Association Management and Bookkeeping services.
